Hi everyone! I am Tara the founder of Uplift and I have recently opened my new Pilates  business next to the Memorial Hall (previously the children's nursery). Do drop me a line if you want to have a look around and a no obligation chat about what makes Uplift different to other Pilates classes and how I may be able to help.  tara@uplift-pilates.com
