Audley Village Shiplake Meadows is a newly opened, beautifully designed village comprising 65 apartments, duplex penthouses and cottages, set within thoughtfully landscaped gardens. As the latest addition to the Audley portfolio, it brings together exceptional design with the traditional architectural character and materials of South Oxfordshire, creating a genuine village feel.

The Audley Club at Shiplake Meadows is the social heart of the community, offering a range of services and amenities for both owners and external club members. As a homeowner, you automatically become a member of the Audley Club and can enjoy full use of the owners’ lounge, Tennyson’s Lounge Bar, the fully equipped gym and the fitness studio.

Our Bistro Bar is open daily from 12:00 to 19:00 to both owners and the general public. It serves a variety of light bites, cakes and coffee and is a good spot for a quiet coffee or to catch up with a friend. Reservations can be made via The Fork for Tennyson’s here.

For those with an active lifestyle, Club Membership is also available to individuals living locally. Members enjoy access to the gym, fitness studio and a full programme of classes, including Pilates and core strength training. These sessions are open to both owners and external Club members.

Every home at Shiplake Meadows features either a private terrace, balcony or garden, providing a peaceful connection to the surrounding landscape. The beautifully maintained grounds are complete with mature native trees and wildflowers, offering a tranquil and natural setting to enjoy throughout the seasons.
